The Brewbonnet Deli offers our guests a place to relax and sit a spell. We offer sandwiches, snacks, and ice cream.  We invite our guests to come in, have a drink, and sample some of our jams, jellies, salsas, and other goodies that we have on our tasting tables every day!

Fresh canned vegetables, salsas, dip mixes and many other Texas Made products are available for sampling each day in the Brewbonnet Deli.  We source many locally owned salsa companies, Jams and Jellies made right here in Fredericksburg, Texas, as well as Local Hill Country Honey.

Our peach Ice cream recipe has been made famous throughout the years, we use locally grown peaches from the Stonewall area.  These are the sweetest peaches in the country some say!
